We keep only what the app needs: your name, contact details, town, and your hackney carriage / TfL taxi licence details.

Licence photos are stored privately. Only you and our licence reviewers can open them, through short-lived links.

Your location is only shared when you switch a feature on. We never sell your data, and marketing messages are only sent if you separately opt in.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.
